Subscription Length
Letters from Rowendrey are delivered biweekly (every two weeks).
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Annual subscribers receive two months free compared to monthly billing.

Founders Window (Launch Special)
The Founders Window is open until November 30, 2025.
The Founder’s Window marked the launch of The Rowendrey Letters in 2025. all who entered during this time are recorded as founders and honored with a founders certificate, a keepsake attesting that they were present at the beginning
Today, every subscriber begins with letter one and will receive the complete collection in order, no matter when they join.
This ensures that all subscribers experience the unfolding mystery as it was intended — letter by letter, seal by seal, from the very start of the Recorder’s account.
Cancellations
Monthly
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
Annual
You may cancel early. In that case, the months already received will be charged at the standard monthly subscription rate (CAD $14.95, USD $14.95, or USD $19.95 overseas). Any unused portion of your annual fee will be refunded.
Founders Window subscriptions follow the same rules.
Billing & Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Applicable processing fees and currency exchange may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for letters already prepared and mailed.
Annual cancellations will be refunded on a prorated basis, as described above.
